By creating an account, you warrant that you are 21 or older. kue9 may at any time require you to provide government-issued identification and proof of age. Accurate Personal Information
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your kue9 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
One Account Per Household
Each individual and each household may maintain only one active kue9 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, multiple names, or across shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. kue9 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any accounts identified as duplicates, with any associated balances subject to review.
Account Rules

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kue9 account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. kue9 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact kue9 support immediately at [email protected].
KYC Verification
kue9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed or at any other point kue9 deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
Account Suspension and Closure
kue9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full. Where a closure is administrative (for example, an account left dormant for 12 consecutive months), kue9 will attempt to notify the account holder before closure.
Self-Exclusion
If you wish to exclude yourself from the kue9 platform for a defined period or permanently, you may request a self-exclusion by contacting kue9 support at [email protected]. kue9 will action self-exclusion requests within a reasonable timeframe. During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to open a new account or circumvent the exclusion. Players who are self-excluded are responsible for not using the platform during the exclusion period.
Payments
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Conditions
kue9 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players. All financial transactions on kue9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless a crypto currency option is selected. The following conditions apply to all payment activity on the platform.
Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount on kue9 is ৳100 for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions. Crypto deposits (USDT, BTC) carry no minimum amount threshold. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100 for all supported fiat payment methods. Minimum withdrawal thresholds for crypto transactions will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
Deposit Conditions
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. kue9 does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the name on the kue9 account, kue9 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, withhold associated winnings pending identity verification, or close the account. kue9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal Processing
kue9 aims to process all withdrawal requests on the same business day they are received, subject to KYC verification being complete. Where additional verification is required, processing time may be extended. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. kue9 does not charge fees on withdrawals for standard fiat methods; crypto withdrawal network fees may apply and will be indicated at the time of request.
Currency and Exchange Rates
All account balances on kue9 are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless the player has elected a crypto-denominated balance. For cryptocurrency deposits, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the deposit transaction will be used to convert the crypto value into BDT for display purposes. kue9 is not liable for fluctuations in exchange rates between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for crypto transactions.
Bonuses & Promotions
Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses credited to a kue9 account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, for example 30x) will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is awarded. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion; unused bonus funds and any associated winnings expire at the end of this period.
Bonus Abuse and Misuse
kue9 takes bonus integrity seriously. Behaviour that kue9 considers to constitute bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk or zero-risk bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; participating in a group whose strategy is collectively designed to exploit bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, kue9 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement attached to a bonus has not been met by the stated expiry date and time, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will be removed from the account automatically. kue9 does not extend bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances and at its sole discretion. Players are responsible for tracking bonus expiry dates within their account.
Betting Rules
General Betting Conduct and Void Bet Policy
All bets placed on kue9 are subject to the following general rules. For sport-specific betting rules (such as cricket, football, or kabaddi), the rules displayed within the relevant betting section of the platform at the time the bet is placed will apply. In the event of any ambiguity, kue9's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.
Bet Acceptance and Confirmation
A bet is only valid once confirmed by kue9's system and a bet reference number has been issued to the player. Bets placed during a technical error, system outage, or where odds were clearly displayed in error (manifestly incorrect odds) may be voided by kue9 at its discretion. kue9 will notify affected players in such circumstances and return the staked amount to the account.
Match and Event Cancellation
If a sporting event on which a bet has been placed is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement period defined in the relevant sport's rules, or abandoned before the minimum playing time required for settlement, the bet will typically be voided and the staked amount returned. Where a partial result is available and the relevant sport rules permit partial settlement, kue9 may settle the bet on the available result. Settlement decisions are final once confirmed.
Prohibited Betting Conduct
The following betting behaviours are strictly prohibited on kue9: placing bets using insider information; coordinating bets with other players to exploit arbitrage opportunities in a manner designed to defraud the platform; using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets; participating in or facilitating match-fixing. Where kue9 has reasonable grounds to suspect any of the above, it reserves the right to void all related bets, withhold associated winnings, and permanently close the account without further notice.

Platform Content Ownership and Prohibited Use
All content on the kue9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game content provided under licence from third-party providers, and software — is the intellectual property of kue9 or its licensors and is protected accordingly. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any kue9 content is prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kue9: using any automated system, scraper, bot, or crawler to access or monitor the platform; attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any kue9 software or game; uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code; engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at kue9 staff or other users; using the kue9 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.
Intellectual Property Restrictions
You may not reproduce, republish, download, post, transmit, broadcast, record, or make available to the public any content from the kue9 platform without prior written consent from kue9. This restriction does not apply to sharing links to publicly accessible pages of the kue9 website through normal browser sharing functionality.
Liability & Termination
Limitation of Liability and Account Termination
kue9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kue9 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functions correctly, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. The following liability limitations apply to all users of the platform.
Limitation of Liability

Service Interruptions
kue9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet service provider outages; power failures; acts of God; DDoS attacks or other malicious third-party interference; failures or outages of third-party payment processors or game providers; changes in applicable laws or regulations that require the platform to restrict or suspend services.
Account Termination by kue9
kue9 reserves the right to terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kue9 determines that the account holder has breached these Terms, where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or where kue9 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance. Upon termination for breach, any funds in the account may be forfeited. Upon administrative termination not related to a breach, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following identity verification.
Amendments & Contact
Changes to These Terms and How to Reach Us
kue9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kue9 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
